POLLUX, CHIEF OF THE SICK DOGS

Once Pollux was a proud commander of Woofy's army, unfortunately when the mega galactic fleas took over his troops during an expedition in the remote regions of Craquette, this valiant warrior lost all his presence. 
2054 hills of Monbeaujouet: 
Pollux sent a new soldier in quarantine, the mega-galactic chips had still made ravages. It only took one to contaminate the whole body of a canine and these parasites triggered strong allergic reactions in the soldiers. Only one of these parasites could reduce the physical and mental state of its prey. 
Faced with this situation, Pollux quarantined each contaminated dog but the invader continued to spread. The epidemic became so big that the commander started to fear for his life, he had seen many of his soldiers going crazy because of these monstrous beasts and he didn't consider for a single second to end up like this. 
So one night he decided to desert. With a heavy heart, he packed his bag and left the makeshift camp they had set up a few days earlier. Only, a guard still on patrol saw him and barked to signal an intruder, he had not recognized his leader in the darkness that prevailed. 
Immediately, a dozen dogs threw themselves on Pollux's body. This one shouted to his soldiers to let him go and to let him leave. All of them froze when they discovered who they had jumped on, but their sorry look turned into questioning when they saw their commander's belongings. They soon realized the situation, he wanted to leave them behind. This thought went through the minds of all the dogs. If there was one thing he feared more than anything else, it was abandonment. Most of the soldiers in Woofy's army came from poor neighborhoods or orphanages, they already knew this feeling too well and in this situation their minds could not accept such betrayal. 
Alarmed by the commotion, other dogs got up to observe the scene, angry barking had replaced the silence of the night. Even the quarantined soldiers had come out, some of their friends had informed them of the story and it was with rage in their bellies that they all ran towards Pollux. 
The poor chief was quickly overwhelmed by the events and did not try to explain himself anymore, he himself understood that he had made a serious mistake by wanting to leave his troops like that. He no longer felt worthy and let his soldiers express their disappointment. 
The next morning, the high powers of the army had heard of the tragedy and had sent troops to the hills of Monbeaujouet. 
Totally disfigured and invaded by fleas, Pollux was unrecognizable and by fear of the sentence which could await him if he went to court, he took advantage of his physical state to melt into the mass of the sick dogs. These dogs, judged unfit to continue representing the army in missions, were sent to the front as gunpowder. If you look closely, you may see Pollux during your adventure.
