AGENT ABBY DIXON

Abby was born in Neo-Winston at a time when the city was in the midst of a civil crisis between the police and the residents. Her parents, totally against violence and corruption, wanted to exile themselves far from here, they did not want their daughter to grow up in such a hostile climate.

- We will finally leave this cursed city!
- Yes, dear, I can't wait to get back to the quiet of the country.
Abby watched her parents through the screen of her camera. She loved to film her daily life and today she was watching her father and mother rejoice at their departure from Neo-Wilson. They had been saving since her birth to buy a house in the country, far from the dangers and violence of the city.
Her father drove with a smile on his face while her mother cast reassuring glances to the back seat to check on her daughter. Sometimes her camera would drift over men fighting on a sidewalk while her mother would wave her hand to turn her attention elsewhere.
-Abby, film the car instead.
Often, she would quickly turn her lens back to the street. It was a way for her to reassure herself that not everything that is filmed is real, that movies are fiction, that it would be absurd to have such a violent world.
Suddenly, while stopped at a red light, Abby heard a window break, she turned her camera directly to the noise, it was a hooded man who had broken the window of the passenger door and was now holding the neck of Abby's mother.
The little girl did not feel any fear, she just observed the scene.

But Aston, the father, quickly understood the situation and his scream directed Abby's attention to him. He violently opened his door to make fall the man who was about to attack him. This made him fall on the ground and completely stunned, he dropped his weapon, Aston caught him but another man appeared from nowhere to retaliate, he then threw the gun in his car while throwing a last glance to his daughter, he knew he didn't have long left.
- Run away Abby!
The little girl took the gun and, while continuing to film the scene, fired off a few random shots to scare off the attackers. She then looked to her right but her mother had disappeared, she tried to zoom in with her camera to see further outside but there was no trace of her left.
As nothing was moving outside, she got out of the car.
She discovered the lifeless bodies of her father and the assailant.
- Daddy?
She crouched down at his level but the spectacle, even through the screen of a camera, was not very pleasant.
Lost and frightened by the screaming and honking around her, Abby started to run away from the scene of carnage.
After a five-minute run, she was exhausted and stopped at a doorway to catch her breath. She looked down at the gun she was still holding, unloaded it and counted the number of bullets used, two.
Her heart, which should have stabilized with the rest she was taking, sped up, she thought about the two dead people, could her shots have reached her father? Had he died because of her? Abby began to cry, how could such a beautiful afternoon have gone so wrong?
- What are you doing with a gun, kid?
The girl looked up as she heard the stranger's voice speaking to her. She hurried to reload the gun and armed herself with her camera. Then she pointed the two objects in front of her.
- Oh I see, it's another one of his internet jokes.
Abby told him no and got up to approach him.
-All right, all right, take it easy. Where are your parents?
Abby pointed to the next street.
- I'll take you back to them if you want.
- No, that's not possible.
- Why not?
- People killed them.
The reassuring expression on the man's face changed completely when he heard these words. He had been dispatched to the scene of the attack to gather information before the police. His organization, "Karma", was in the business of making criminals pay for their actions.
He picked up his phone to contact his boss.
- Mr. L, send someone else, I have something for you.
After a few seconds, he hung up and took the little girl in his arms.
- Come with me, I know someone who can help you.
She didn't resist, she had nowhere to go anyway.

Little Abby Nixon continued her life under the wing of "Mr. L", the leader of the Karma organization, learning the basics of fighting, shooting and infiltration. When she was old enough, she joined the Karma web, fighting crime alongside many other Neo-Winston martyrs. Always with her camera in hand.

She commits acts by looking through her camera to convince herself that it is not reality.  She girls the scenes of violence in the street

-Ab, Mister L needs you.
X had been knocking on his colleague's door for thirty seconds now. Having no answer, he entered and discovered Abby plunged in a film, she had tears in her eyes.
-Stop your bullshit, let's go to the boss' office.
- No, there's barely ten minutes left.
The man closed the computer that prevented the woman from leaving her room.
-Now.
She sighed and stood up, wiping her tears and glaring at X.
-Not a word to the others.
-Hahaha, we'll see if you deserve me to hide this.
She walked out of her room, making sure that the person who had disturbed her left as well.
A few steps later, she found herself in front of Mister L.
-Are you okay, Abby? You have small eyes.
-Yes, don't worry.
-Oh you know, that's not what I'm worried about right now. Sit down if you want.
She sat down and listened to her boss.
-What had to happen happened, there is a mole among us.
The girl was not very surprised by this information, it is a common thing in secret organizations like hers.
-How did you find out?
-Three of our missions failed this week, that's a lot of mistakes in a very short time, don't you think?
-Yes, it's true, but maybe it's a return of Karma, after so many successes...
He cut her off; Abby's joke didn't make him laugh.
-Well, I'd like you to check if it's really bad luck, you like to film everything that happens in your life, you must be able to find some clues somewhere.
-Count me in, sir!
-Of course, don't tell the others, we don't know who the enemy is.
-Got it.
Abby smiled and shook hands with her boss, she was happy to have a job again. Moreover, a job that only required her to use her passion. She strolled down the hallway and whispered that Mister L was lucky to have her. She hadn't dared to tell him because she respected him too much.
